Strengthening Mid-Michigan’s Economy One Small Business at a Time

The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center (MI-SBTDC) at Delta College is one of 12 state-wide offices that provides services and support to the Michigan small business community. The center, whose state headquarters is housed at Grand Valley State University, enhances Michigan’s economic well-being by providing counseling, training, research, and advocacy for new ventures, existing small businesses, and innovative technology companies.

GSU and Morehouse Combine Efforts to Aid Minorities with Developmental Disabilities

The Center for Leadership in Disability (CLD) at Georgia State University (GSU) and the Morehouse School of Medicine are collaborating on a developmental disabilities program. The partnership will focus on improving access to services and support to reduce and ultimately eliminate health disparities for individuals with disabilities from minority backgrounds and their families.
